This is the same tool as it (https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-anomaly/addons/stalker-translation-xml-tool/)
But, for those who do not have or do not wish to install Python, it is an "executable", all-in-one version, ready to use.
Simply launch the executable "translate.exe", place your files to translate in the "sources" folder... and that's it :)
better_translation_for_these_words.txt
In some cases, words can be translated, but do not have to be.
For example, in French, ‘Mutated Corbeau’ becomes ‘Corbeau muté’.
But ‘Corbeau mutant’ would be more accurate in my opinion :)
Complete this file to avoid that.
never_that_in_my_files.txt
Occasionally, you may have unwanted characters inserted in the translations.
Add them here, so that they can be removed from the translations
never_translate_these_words.txt
In this file, indicate words that should NEVER be translated.
For example, in French ‘Garbage’ becomes ‘Ordures’... Yeah, no thanks.
By adding ‘Garbage’ to this file, Garbage REMAINS Garbage.
Add your own words :)

Place your API KEYs in this file.
Acutellemet, only DeepL requires an API key.

Normally yes!
With GoogleTrans select 'zh-cn' (chinese (simplified)) or 'zh-tw'(chinese (traditional)).
With DeepL select 'ZH'

Can you add support for pt-BR? I can't translate it into Brazilian Portuguese
PT-BR is supported by itranslate, modernMt, myMemory, qqTranSmart, translateCom, DeepL, llama, chatGPT and google
With google It's not working and it's not even on the list of supported languages.
I'll try to find out, but unfortunately, I can't add support if the (external) services don't take it :/.
I see, I'm using Bing, it's working fine, its pt is actually pt-BR.

Select the ‘Encoding’ option, then ‘Other’ and simply type ‘windows-1252’.
