V0.8 (edge-pan update), Unzip the file and make sure the .exe and conf.txt files are in the same folder, otherwise it's good to go. This is for Medieval 2 Total war 1.5.2.0.

Added edge panning, now you can rotate the camera just by touching the edges of the screen, this is of course optional and can be turned off.
Added parameters for turning on edge_pan, panning speed and margin for edge panning.
The program now only listens for keypresses while tabbed into the game, the exit key being an exception.
This version seems to have some stuttering issues, if you experience this, use 0.8.5 instead
