Adds some (illegal) weapons and equipment to various NPC loadouts and trades using DLTX

Adds a handful of unique community weapons in one easy-to-download package, with adjustments to fit GAMMA, including DLTX NPC weapon spawns, Mags Redux and Black Market support / modifications.
Shipment includes:
- MG42 (Warsaw surplus factions like Bandits and Sin)
- MG3 (NATO factions like Mercs and UNISG)
- M67 grenades (UNISG only)
- Gunslinger Galil (replacement)
- Mauser C96 (Scavenger type factions like Loners and SIN)
- Izh-18 and Mp-18: 1-round break action rifle and shotgun respectively. Hobo weapons.
- AR-15 HERA (reintroduced for UNISG only)
- T-7 Thermal Goggles (may require recompile of shaders to function properly)
- M24 specialized winter rifle (reintroduced for Mercs and UNISG)
- M98B (replacement)
- Barrett M82 .50 cal sniper rifle (Reintroduced for UNISG only)
- Gewehr 43 (For scavenger-type factions like Loners and SIN)

No, I had this thing lying around in parts all across my mod manager for a long time and I only had it for personal use, but I ended up ******* with it so much that I figured to release it. Sorry for the Romanian activity, I know your grenade and break actions are in this.
What is needed for the Prereqs? we need this info.
Prereqs should just be DLTX and ideally GAMMA.

Is a new game required?
Not sure if a new game is 100% hard required, but you should start a new game when installing new mods anyway.
Nonsense. Only mods that change all.spawn file or similar ones require new game. Those that add new weapons, items etc. or make script changes are quite OK with current savegames. Especially if using modded exes by MrDemonized.
Also, it would be nice to have a version without any weapons added. For instance, I already have most of these weapons installed in separate mods. And I have no even a slightest wish to change anything that works all right.
Finally, I really wonder what on Earth made you add weapon description file? It's not DLTXfied and therefore conflicts with almost everything, since a lot of text strings duplicate ones from BaS and vanilla.
Starting a fresh game after making code changes is just good habit, G.
Description files is just a matter of me throwing it together hastily. I *could* wrap it all up neatly in DLTX, but the origin of the mod was just being a clusterfuck in my mod manager that worked together through miracle alone. And then I packaged it (and tested/tooled it ofc). And it was never meant to be used alongside other weapons, it's more of a "default weapon roster+ with a few changes" than a "chuck in my collection full of my other gun mods" type of deal.
I did spot a few things that slipped through unnecessarily again, got rid of those for .5

I just got rid of a bunch of unneeded files and updated the tag to specify that GAMMA is required as well, just in-case. Due to the way it all works, I don't think this is an addon to be used with a vanilla install.
Could still use the page as a portal to install (most) of the guns on their own from the authors, though.

Whenever i enter the Cordon the Game crashes to Desktop but without any Error Message. It just closes...
