Adds C-3PO as a companion east of Gibson Scrapyard. He does not fight, will not carry anything, and will complain frequently. Additionally a band of jawas will stalk you while C-3PO is a companion. However, he does offer a perk which slightly buffs speech and bartering.
The jawas will respawn once a day everyday for about 4 days.
