I recommend starting a new game for this mod. It should work with existing saves but I make no guarantees.

Currently the mod includes the following spells:

Fire Storm: Summon a storm of exploding fireballs, dealing damage over a wide area.

Energy missile 2: Launch a fast projectile, dealing moderate damage in a small radius.

Earthquake: The earth starts to shake! Deals damage to ground targets, but deals no damage in the center. Not very effective against monsters but devastating against buildings.

Extreme Slow: Slows down targets in an area extremely, but not for very long. Really effective against fast monsters.

Summon Vulture: Summon a powerful bird, which is especially effective against large and slow targets.

Doomsday: It's the end of the world! Obliterate everything in a large radius! WARNING! Bright lights included. Has a long cooldown so use it wisely.

How to get the new spells:

I recommend starting a new game, you will get the new spells right after the carpet guy talks to you for the first time.

If you want to use the spells on an existing save file, you can add the spells using the in-game console:
1. Open the console by pressing the grave/tilde key 5 times in quick succession (It's the key right beneath the ESC key)
2. In the console, type in the following 6 commands separately and pressing Enter after each one (make sure you type them correctly or else your game will crash):

AddSpell FireStorm
AddSpell EnergeticMissile2
AddSpell EarthQuake
AddSpell ExtremeSlow
AddSpell Summon Vulture
AddSpell Doomsday

Known issues:

- Terramorph spells sometimes need a few seconds to morph the ground (spells like earthquake). This is an issue with the game itself and cannot be fixed
- Doomsday meteor has no fire trail: This is an issue with the mesh used and I have not found any fix for it yet
- Sometimes visual effects don't appear correctly: This is a limitation with the game, as only a set amount of particle effects can be shown on screen at once
- New spells have missing spell icons: This currently cannot be fixed, as there is no known way to add new spell icons to the game and the existing ones can't be re-used without causing other issues
- Existing saves from before installing the mod sometimes don't work properly: That just sometimes happens, it can't really be helped. I made the mod as compatible with existing saves as possible but issues can still occur. I therefore recommend starting a new game for this mod and also to make backups of any saves that are important to you.
- Spell descriptions will be incorrect if your game language isn't english

Compatibility with other mods:

This mod is not compatible with any mods that change any of the same files that are included within the download, but I will try to make compatibility versions (merged versions) for other mods if it's possible. No promises though.

There are merged versions available for the following mods:

The I of the Dragon Rebalanced 5x Performance Edition: Moddb.com

Higher Flight Limit for Dragons v1.0: Moddb.com

Some small tips to deal with the missing icons problem:

Since currently I'm unable to add custom icons for the new spells and there is unfortunately no guarantee that I will find a way to do it, here is a small tip for organizing your spells so you can immediately see which spell is where without needing to hover over them every time and without having to remember the exact position where you placed a specific spell.

Spell grouping tip for spells with missing icons

As seen in the example above, I grouped a spell from my mod with a vanilla spell in 2-spell groups. Basically grouping two similar spells together, which helped me remember which spell was which without needing to hover over them every time. Since the fire storm was right next to the volcano, I knew that it was the fire storm because both are fire AoE spells. And that's basically it. You can group them whichever way you like of course, this is just one example. I hope this small tip can help someone out :)

Future Plans:

- include an alternate optional version where you get the spells after doing certain missions instead of getting them all at the beginning
- include an alternate optional version where each dragon gets different spells instead of every dragon getting all spells
- add more spells
