Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

How exactly will the EMP generators be used? Lobbing EMP balls at the target or is it proximity?

Description

Built by the tens of thousands in various models by several Chinese automotive manufacturers, the Supply Truck is the logistical backbone of the People's Liberation Army. In contrast to its foreign counterparts equipped with weapons or defensive systems, the basic version of the Supply Truck is cheap and entirely one-dimensional in its use as a cargo transport. It does however distinguish itself significantly when it comes to a number of special role field modifications.

The most exotic variant is equipped with an electromagnetic pulse generator, capable of shutting down vehicles and buildings - friend and foe alike, including the truck itself - in a radius on command. EMP weapons have become a more common feature of the Chinese military since the early 2040s, following a breakdown in relations with the United States and increasing hostilities with Russia. Analysts interpret this development as a precaution for a potential peer-level conflict in Asia.
