I like:
*vultures able to produce mines - its not so useful, but idea fit (with carrier f.ex)
*extended unit info is nice (even if sometimes its colliding with other information)
*5x queue slots rearrangment is interesting
*protoss shield battery overcharge is nice, and give some purpose to battery
*dragoon overcharge ability, being researchable is nice
I dont like:
*the filter color change. It just looks worse.
*bigger green circle around buildings (when selected) it serves no purpose than cluttering the graphic
*game is cluttered with lines from orders, text in top right "view point F5"
*There is more upgrades for already strong units (lurker +3 range, max 10 damage for dragoon, +5 interceptors, 5 spiders-mines), and nerfs for underused (dark templar meld to DArchon have to be research), queen upgrades.
*container depot - its half CC. its overlapping its function. And is not interesting at all
other:
*High Templar attack is ok (this was missing in my feeling), but attack for Queen I'm not-sure. Maybe if she has only ground attack?
*some of new sounds are nice, but in general I prefer the vanilla.
*repair facility add on- its not useful (its like shield battery), SCV do the job much better, dont prevent from creating tanks and dont repair building (its bug)-however building GRP is not bad (besides that black frame).
*civilian produced from supply depot- with this idea suddenly i have +10 spawning points to manage, it increase the macro demand too much. Civilian is very powerful, 25 mineral for pseudo-marine, spawn from every building and able to create defense. Fluff-wise: If I training civilians to do military job -> so they not in-fact "civilian". Suggestion let civilian spawn from destroyed buildings (you already has a code for transports). It would increase base defense during enemy siege. Civil pistol should has lower range than gauss rifle.
there is more changes in your mod, but here are my initial opinion.
I think GAG, You are very skilled moder. You create or apply many interesting conception and ideas in your mod. But in general I prefer vanilla to your mod (and fixing a little stats here and there dont change it).

but i'm not sure about balancing work, because i don't have enough time for modding
and StarCraft is not good for modding anymore so i'll focusing to debugging critical errors if i have times for modding, but i'm very very agree with some of new sounds are not fits and too louds so some of sounds will restore to original one(vanilla).

Can't get this mod to work.
I am running sc 1.16.1, but it only works on custom game with "use map setting"(and then storymod). Anything else would end up in a crash.
Maybe it is because Starcraft is not really installed on my pc, it's just a old installed folder from a previous windows that i use to play the game.
I don't have any problem with other mod, but this one doesn't work.
And i'm too lazy to install the game for real for more testing.
Or...is the mod not mean to be played in multiplayer ?

but i was downloaded the i uploaded version and test it. but nothing happend.
i don't know why that happened.
i tested one or two hours, but nothing happened.
can i ask what you're got mod version?
