TAPlus v1.2a file

Sorry about the extra update today. I switched to another branch without realizing there were some needed files in the branch I was working in to update the textures on the QL converted maps.

Please checkout actf10. It's a great map, and even better if you load it up on a server with the provided ent files. No more ent files being stored in the pk3s. It's easier for you to update them and reload the map instead of having to update the pk3 on both the client and server. Plus, it means compatibility with other servers and being able to have your own remixes of each map.

Both ioquake3 and Quake3e dedicated server binaries for Windows and Linux are included that work with the ent files.
