To see the same as in video you need all complete mod : User.ltx(BTFCAM 1920x1080) + 18 texture files(retexture and effects)
Main characters and some NPCs in differents ways or places are from a work-in-progress mod.
Graphical enhancement texture mod for Anomaly 1.5.1 and 1.5.2,usable in many mods,COC and others,it does not change your actual gameplay,download,extract,add to your gamedata folder and play,you can use your saved games.
Effects added to Anomaly vanilla textures to gain more bump and to add a cool ambience.

Is a texture mod by now,only texture,in this page you can find SID add on,only a new look for SID,clicking in the link(https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalkerdark-stalker/addons) or pasting it in browser,you can find a whole texture mod,in my opinion,there are some textures with better aspect than vanilla,also you can find NEW TEXTURES for ecolog faction,Scientist,STALKER faction rookies,some guns and some walls and bricks.
Just click the link and search in add ons,(Stalker,dark stalker/add ons)there is a video from a work in progress mod and some pics with textures aspect,you can see rookies and ecolog faction.
Enjoy if you want or not...is a personal choice...but Ecolog faction,rookies,akm74(yellow one) and spas 12(black,spider or red/black) are quite good look in game with medium/high graphical settings.
