Afrique nations added with 1 formable of Ajuuran (Somalia)
All african nations have "african" culture due to how many cultures there were in africa it is not healthy for game speed and game mechanics to add them.
Thusly african nations enjoy a flat +0.3 militancy to show that these people still belong to various tribes/clans.
All african countries with african culture get +10% mobilisation bonus whilist being an unciv to make them kill each other a lot and be a problem to colonise early.
Pre-Colonial
both player and AI can eat african nations pre 1880 just fine with CB's being quite expensive.
Colonial
To give AI a better chance in colonial races every african AI unciv from 1779 will have its alliances voided and lose all diplomatic points up to 1890's
This change shall enable european AI not to get truced from all the allies of the nation it eats. Greatly speeding up the process of the scramble~
Annexing uncivs via event is now free and faster.
Commerce
New RGO addes to the game - Commerce. Works like gold a bit weaker tho. It symbolises trade hubs and provinces tied to certain treaties (Gibraltar) Finally taking a historically important place will make you monies!
Blockades
Buffed the effects of full naval blockade. Now Germany will fear the royal navy
Great Wars
Lowered war exe reduction when taking part in great wars.

Factories
tank and planes factories are now more productive
Modern army
tanks have lower upkeep
