Nemesis Phase 2 health back to 8000

Rocket Launcher Nemesis now fire's 3 rockets like Cyberdemon

each battle has his own Theme

first battle (melee Nemesis) Classic RE3 Nemesis Theme

Second battle (Rocket Launcher Nemesis) Unstoppable Nemesis

Third Battle (Nemesis Phase 2) final metamorphosis

now you can set if you want Nemesis to not respawn after being defeated on phase 2 killing him for good
