Contains main .esm and all required data files. The mod requires the "all DLC´s" or "GOTY" version of the original Fallout New Vegas game and FOSE!

I think they mean NVSE (Fallout New Vegas Script Extender)
here's the link = (http://nvse.silverlock.org/)

I found another one Called FOSE (Fallout Script Extender)
but it needs fallout 3 = (https://fose.silverlock.org/)

I suggest to use NVSE because it's the Script Extender for FNV (Fallout New Vegas) between FOSE for FO3 (Fallout 3)
