Strategically Integrated Coalition Of Nations (SICON) Command mod Version 2.8.0b major update with addition of Civilian Forces and overhaul of Skinny Forces. ### This mod will require the Lava DLC. ###
Please verify your game files before installing to remove old SICON files.
Copy Starship Trooopers_Data folder into game file path:
\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Starship Troopers - Terran Command

It utilises models from the Lava DLC and will not load if you do not have the DLC installed.
Change list:
- Roadblocks now offer cover to nearby infantry
- Fixed Neo Dog ability, now he can stun targets around him
- Changed Decoy mine to Pulse Lure. All mines can now deploy this lure to draw bugs towards the minefield.
- Added Self repair to turrets. Turrets Rate of Fire reduced while repairing
- Changed Rifle Mercs weapon to a short ranged Morita Mk3 and added U/S shotgun powershot
- Added rearm ability for Marines, who upgrade to Morita Mk3 with U/S shotgun firing Slugs
- Added target hit spark effect to Laser weapons, Powersuit Snipers and morita AP rounds
- Fixed Grenade throw animation for Rifle squads
- Changed animation for Psychic Officer using psychic powers
- Added visual ques for Supply Depot/Ammo Cache upgrade levels
- M11 Marauders abilities restructured. All have Drop Charges unlocked and can unlock self repair ability.
- Added various Infested soldiers for Arachnid Command use. They spawn a control bug when killed.
- Added Warriors and Chariots bugs that show Team colour on their backs.
- Fixed Burrow ability for Arachnid Command bugs. They are able to move while burrowed again.
- Added barrage abilities to Rocket and Grenade turrets
**Civilian Forces Added**
- Added Utes and Trucks with mounted turrets
- Added Rioting Civilian, Rioting Civilian (melee), Trained Militia, Saboteurs, Mechanics, Snipers, Security Guards, Psychics, Spotters
- Added Mortar Barrage abilities for spotter unit (Credit to a34Comet for the idea)
- Added Civilian Buildings: Hideout, Laboratory, Mechanics Workshop, House, Weapons Cache, Burning Barrels, Upgrade Cache, Lookout Tower
- Added Civilian Hideout to Foundations building. This allows these units to be used in any mission.
**Revised Skinny Units**
- Revised Skinny Buildings and construction system. Now utilises engineers to construct production buildings and House(Supplies)/Armoury(War Support)
- Made 2 different leadership paths more distinct. Warlords are high tech, Tyrants are savages.
- Added Skinny Slaves, Venerable Marauders, Speeder Bikes, Heavy Speeder
- Added Skinny Generator that buffs nearby turrets.
- Added Skinny HQ to Foundations building. This allows these units to be used in any mission.
