Guild Software, Inc is an award-winning independent game developer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 1998, the company has continually pursued the cutting edge in large-scale multiplayer environments. Developing the completely proprietary NAOS Engine™ from scratch, this resulted in the 2004 major retail launch of the groundbreaking space MMORPG, Vendetta Online™. In March of 2011, this game became the first traditional PC MMO to make the jump to mobile, launching on Android devices and taking center stage in Verizon's massive TV marketing campaign. Similarly, in July of 2013, the title also became the first MMO to launch native VR support for the Oculus Rift headset. Always looking ahead, Guild Software intends to leverage their proprietary technology and keep pushing the limits of MMO middleware, online game design and player involvement across an expanding base of platforms.
