Is this strictly EU based? If possible I'd like to open an NA side for you. I enjoy LOTR as much as anyone and gladly will host the NA server. I've ran some servers before, but have been waiting for something LoTR.
In order to make it work properly you would have to host as many servers as we host currently in Europe - 33.

But i found an other way to get it working. I deinstalled warband and installed it again.
Then it worked.
