I have the same issue with multiple clans and figured out, the tutorial skip might be the problem. Seems like the tutorial has an immortality marker on you, and when you skip it with the new option given - so you get the XP and the lockpick - you stay immortal.

Oh, and I do remember something that... might be a bug? Hollywood Armor (Light Leather) - As long as I had only 1 Dexterity, it didn't lower my Stealth and Lockpicking. Yet my Dexterity was shown as 0 on my character sheet.

Well, what can I say? I'm used to grind The Final Nights on Hardcore Mode, so I really enjoy high difficulty curves :D

About the "cheating" -
I did use the console at the start of the save to have me start with 0 dots in all abilities, and only one dot in each attribute and discipline, to mimic TFNs Hardcore Mode.
And I did sell and rebuy the skill books at Trip's. Btw, doesn't work at Fat Larry's like it used to in earlier versions of UP. Did you change that?

I already dread a Toreador/Brujah run. No Crowd Control or Fortitude x(

Great mod! Just finished my first playthrough as a Malkavian, and had a huge blast. First time I played Malk without the Plus Patch, so it was extremely funny to cast Voice of Bedlam into groups of enemies and watch them tear each other apart xD

I found no major bug (except that the Taxi driver is hard to interact with after the museum and at the SM blood hunt, which has already been pointed out)

However, I have a question:
Do you plan on tweaking the disciplines?
In my playthrough, I found Dementation lvl 3 - Vision of Death - really really op. Especially against bosses, I was able to essentially stunlock most of them with that ability. (I remember only Bach and the Lasombra not being weak to it)

If you're planning to rework the abilities a bit, I'd like to see something like double the cooldown on Vision of Death (and you'd most likely have to do the same to Dominate lvl 3 - Suicide, as well). And maybe have bosses be out of the stun quicker. Malks and Ventrue have several abilities that stop enemies for a short time, anyways.

And a minor nitpick:
In the Venture Tower, after the Possessed Guard, a good chunk of the guards on the top floor survived the Astrolite explosion, albeit on low health. Is that intentional? Took the immersion out of me, seeing how these normal ppl survived an explosion that previously leveled a whole building.

First of all, thank you for creating this awesome mod! The base game got a little too easy for me, and I really enjoy almost all of your changes to the mechanics! The weapons rework really feels like you guys promoted it - almost every weapon has a use during a playthrough :3
I already finished 2 playthroughs - one with a Salubri, one with a Setite - still wanting to go for Baali :3

Unfortunately, I've noticed a few bugs in the game, which I'd like to point out in hopes of helping the mod's improvement:

> The tutorial skip (telling Jack you want to figure things out on your own, then asking him for lockpicks) has an unintended side effect: Your character is immortal - won't sink below 10% health. A Masquerade/Humanity or Instant Death (e.g. getting smashed by elevator in Oceanhouse) doesn't even bring you into the main menu - it takes a camera perspective that looks kinda like a point of view from your character would. (Looking at the Sheriff's sword sticking in the ground of the theatre, just seeing the elevator door on your screen) You can even go to the character sheet or questlog freely with C and L.

I fear that this has to do with the fact that the character is immortal during the tutorial. Seems like the tutorial skip doesn't turn off the "tutorial immortality" flag.

> Serpentis 2 (Breathe the Sandstorm) works wrong on Ming Xiao - it infinitely stuns her. The only way I had to make her move again was to affect her with Serpentis 4 (Phobia).

> Serpentis 5 (Heart of Darkness) has a bugged interaction with Potence - if you have Potence active, then activate Heart of Darkness, the bonus dots in strength remain infinitely. They keep being signified with blue Dots and as "+x" in your character sheet. Moreso, you can stack the bonus multiple times to get ludicrously high Strength, Melee and Brawl values.

> After Hallowbrook Hotel, there is a problem with 2 NPCs:
- Beckett doesn't show up to tell you to not open the Sarcophagus.
- Jack is in The Last Round (he's not supposed to even be here) and goes directly from his "coming back from Santa Monica" dialogue to the "I saw Nines at Grout's" dialogue. If you talk to him again, he restarts the complete schpiel instead of going to an idle dialogue, like in normal situations.

Other minor points of contention that I would like to leave as feedback:

- I think Obeah could use some tweaking. Level 1 is worse Auspex, level 2 gives it 1 temporary Dot, like Auspex 1 already does, and doubles your Frenzy Passive. Meh. Level 3 is just level 2 Blood Heal with triple the duration. Still a lot of exp for that.
...and then with lvl 4 you become immortal, being able to walk straight into everything, no one can hurt you.
Are there plans to re-balance Obeah? The early levels feel so miserable to purchase.

- Early game firearms. The Ithaca Shotgun feels weirdly placed as both the only low Ranged Requirement firearm and one of the most consistent options against supernaturals. In order to make my early games a little more varied, firearms-wise, I'd enjoy to see another firearm lowered to Ranged Requirement 3. So either the S&W, or the Glock, with my gut saying the S&W. It just seems so strange that the tutorial gun has such a high skill requirement that you can't even hit the targets properly if you aim correctly.
