Weird thing. I just installed fresh HOMM5 Tribes of the east and the latest version of HOMM 5.5 RC15 beta 5 or what it is and the game starts but there's no text anywhere no new game/load game / settings etc....

For some reason the game crashes every 5 minutes or so when trying to play Hotseat. I'm also playing on one of the already made h5.5 maps. Single Player runs fine. Not sure what's going on really.

Hi! I'm using your mod with the B&S optional patch but some items that are supposed to be in certain merchants can't be found there. For Example Meeker the outskirts merc trader is supposed to have some B&S silencers and leupold tac kit but he doesn't. I even checked the file for meeker and the items are in there but they don't appear ingame for him for some reason. And i've got 2k+ reputation with Mercs too...

Upon zone transition the Camelback drains by a lot! like 40%. I don't use transition time addon so they are instant. I'm not even sure if it drains on all zone transitions but i just refilled regular camelback in rostock up to 100% 1 min later i transition to Garbage and it's at 59%.

I found a solution to using the mod with the existing save. I just deleted all common squads with debug menu, disabled Living Zone and enabled your mod. Now game loads and been playing for an hour going through different zones without error. Mutants and NPC seem to spawn ok. Did see some more mutant variety in army warehouse which is pretty cool! Going to test out some more these days.

Hmm. Would try it instead of Living Zone i reckon it wouldn't brake things. I assume it's safe play on existing saves and safe to uninstall ?

Tried it on my existing save game. Living Zone is safe to uninstall but once i install Random Spawns mod i get this when trying to load save game:

The Mod does conflict with Rowan's Rebalanced ALife Profiles which i have installed and it's not safe to uninstall either.
I tried starting a new game with living zone uninstalled and your mod + ROwan's installed but rowan had priority over yours and new game started so it has to do with existing save only...

There's still something going wrong with the mod.
I updated to last version and lunched the game and played for 30 min with everything good. Later on i fired up the game again loaded my save and everything is black i only see hud and few lights here and there rest of it is all black. I deleted shaders cache and still the same. Only fix is either delete my user.ltx or disable the mod...

Not really. All i know is that it's caused by new models and i've narrowed it down to More Armours addon and disabled Death Animations and GBO mods but the crash still persisted 9/10 times on that same scene. Pretty confident it's More Armours addon but it's really rare crash . I've tried duplicate the crash in debug map but it just didn't CTD... So far it's still a mystery...

Maybe make it so you can repair weapon parts above 50% instead of 65%. Kinda makes some items pretty much useless or just not being able to use their full potential as Kerosene for example gives +25% condition and Ramrod and file give 25% but minimum part condition to use Ramrod/File is 65% .

Do you think that your mod could be the cause of this?
I've tried disabling other mods that spawn different squads/characters and still get the error but i can't disable your mod because instant CTD

Yeah it seems like replacing armor parts doesn't consume toolkit. Might not happen all the time not sure but it definetely does happen. I repaired 2 Ecologist suits replacing 3 parts on each without single medium armor toolkit consumed.

Any chance for a slightly toned down weapon condition version ?
I mean in army warehouse i find most of the weapons from mercs, monolith to be 70%+ condition and most parts in the weapons are the same. It just makes it too easy to get fully functional weapons compared to vanilla.

I think the mod is great it adds more to realism and it increases the risk. Otherwise enemies are often bullet sponges when shooting them with 5.45 or 5.56 ammo.

Alright something really weird happened. Maybe because i've updated the mod or i don't know what but so far i'm about 10-15 days in game and never visited Great Swamp. Now i enter in Great Swamp for first time and my FPS is dead like down to 8-20 where i usually get 50+ most of the time. I open the map and there's loads of squads of Clear Sky and in center of screen it says "Smart (Great Swamp, Burned Hamlet has 33 squads) . Any ideas what's going on or how to despawn those squads ?

The latest update is cool but a little bit over the top. I mean the fragment chunks from bullet impact are a bit too big . The little explosion thing from bullet impact is also over the top like i'm shooting a wooden floor and a there's a mini explosion from the bullet impact. Grenade sparks are a bit low...ish quality or just something not right about them lol.
But great work regardless!
