is the VHR installation FOMOD?
because somehow it's not starting as fomod installation in my MO2
EDIT: i forgot i moved all my TTW mods to my portable instance and have VHR without VUI+ patch, i reinstalled it and it works

the vhr patch doesn't seem to be working, I followed the load order;
Vanilla UI Plus (New Vegas)
Vanilla Hud Remastered
Vanilla_UI_Plus_Remastered_Patch_

however, it prints an error message in pipboy items section saying that vui needs to be moved under the conflicting mod
