due to the scale of the project, it is hard to give here an exact answer. we can only explain our plans for the upcoming release, which are the woodelves, and the finalization of the empire/ bretonnian provinces. the vague answer: the mod is focused on the old world and we try to add as many factions monsters and races as possible which populate this area.

There is no release date and we can't give a precise estimate. We will release all new content including the elves together.

It's probably the shader cache that needs to load. Depending on the machine the game can load for 15min to 2 hours. You can tab out however and let it load. We put instructions and information about it on our steam workshop page and discord.

in the current state i would recommend to play as a vampire. The Necromancer has in the current public build no career or big benefits for necromancy

A new playable race is a huge venture, consisting not only of new troops or the armors for such, but also environment assets like trees, rooms buildings ect., - or new mechanics. Especially the Elves have a very distinct architecture and culture, and we can't rely on vanilla assets. its not the models or animations that make the problem rather the sheer amount of it to make it feel complete enough.

for your second question i cant tell, at least some careers might have focus on their assigned lore of magic.

thank you for your response, we are aware that the empire is way too crowded at this point. Also wars seem to work against our will. I would recommend for the time being, to gain a bit of influence and try to force your kingdom to war with that. In future we will tackle these problems. :)

you learn in the third tier Heavens magic, you are in fact dealing there lightning damage, not "light magic damage".

Thank you for your feedback. Look a bit above your post to maybe find your answer by Shaw. It is a unlucky render. We show mostly what we currently have, but it doesn't mean that we have those knights in a 2/3 Proportion with shoulder guards. The items will be there, yet we presumable will have more designs for actual units :)

Tough questions :D. Towards your first question, i can't answer that because we stopped to make long term plans. However you are right, that whenever it's bordering/reachable from the current region, it is more likely to be a candidate for a future update. For your second question, I can tell we and partners of this project are experimenting a lot in this direction... We cant promise if we get somewhere in that regard and what could be potential limitations.

once you reload your save game, the marker for the thieves disappear. That is a bug we currently are not able to fix. There are however cheatcodes to instantly teleport yourself to their current location. Please look in our discord for more information

We are not reimplementing the faction or completely change how their units work. It is after all not classic bannerlord, and there might be currently many gaps to overcome- what we do balance wise is not set in stone, and many monster units and mechanics are still missing.

its for once the new spell caster animation, the other fact is that, all enemies are suffering from damage over time(dot) effects, and die after this "dot" is applied. This was in the previous version not possible but is in the new Nuln Update.
