AP Rebalanced
Full VersionINSTALL: Drag and drop APGame folder into your game directory. Replace all.
This is a simple change to some of the game configurations to make Alpha Protocol a smoother experience. This is very much a WIP so let me know if things need tweaking.
General:
-Leveling up nets you 15 AP instead of the default 10. Skill caps increased for all levels so you can max any skill early on.
-Enemy/Boss HP has been supposedly dropped a small percentage (roughly 25%) to lessen the bullet sponge and make weapons feel stronger.
-Blood splatter is intended to be more noticeable and larger in radius.
-Sprint speeds slightly increased.
Weapons:
-Most of the extra ammo types have been buffed to be more effective. Their damage, accuracy, recoil and armor penetration have been increased (depending on their type). Now you have a reason to buy and use them early on.
-Weapon/action/explosion sounds have been reduced a small bit. You can now get away with a bit more without alerting all the enemies in the area.
-Enemy alert states have been shortened. Just sit tight in a corner and wait for them to lose interest if cautious.
What I hope to accomplish in the future:
-Find a way to remove or shrink that damn bulky circle called a crosshair.
-Modify the skill perks.

can you make shooting while aiming 100 or 95 percent accuracy? the shooting is so bad.

mate if you can also make the corpses remain i could die has a happy man, from my experience trying to mod mass effect 3 (i did it once, but could not replicate it later) tweaking frustum culling or other culling values could (in theory) work.
Same here but I admit, I suck at this.
I just got lucky and found some unencrypted files that were easy to read and edit.
would you post the original files or a "light" version without changes to effects and combat? Explosions for example simply don't show at all anymore. Idk why. But thanks anyway that you gave it a try!
