*Install Guide* - Drag and drop the iw_43.iwd file to your Black Ops game directory main folder, located default at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops\main"

*Bugs/Issues* - Playing multiplayer online will result in the game switching back to the default textures. To fix this, restart the game. Note that you can only see the changes in combat training. It's possible to replace the files within the original archives to play online with the changes, but this may result in a ban, please do this at your own risk.
