This is the version of HPM used in the Paradox game server "Paradox of iron" if you somehow found this mod erm hi. it changes alot of victoria 2 with everything from giving more accepted cultures to changing RGOs.

how to install?
you have to have a deziper tool and extract the two files into your mod folder
