Toyoda speeder is the first yet second-rate product of munashi nano-phasing system. that's why it is degraded to the Fujitai infantry division. Packed with tunable Energy Stream Mortar that works as snipe cannon when mobile.
Even so, this is the real heavy bombardment vehicle of Fujitai, with a much wider range than shatterer. When deployed on water or on ground, other units can just literally walk through them, so there's no worry for lack of firepower per unit density.
Perhaps this tank will be more powerful than replacing the Tsunami tank
