I compressed it using WinRAR, it has slightly smaller file sizes. I've reupload as a .zip file instead, as that is more widely recognised.

Combat Engineers can build multiple supply depot with no cost so i can spawn many-many soldiers. And use the tactics kinda "suicide all but win".

Maybe add some restrictions on it?

I tried add costs to the supplies and ammo caches, however it would still be exploited by just making more of them.
I did have it so Supplies cost Warsupport and Warsupport cost Supplies. However it defeats the purpose of making them in the first place, if they cancel each other out.
The main restriction is time to construct and space taken up on the concreate. In the end, it is up to the player if they want to make it easier by spending more time/space to get more unit, if that's how they want to play the game.

Maybe add restriction to build 1-2 supply depot per map? Or depending at game difficulty, 2-3 at normal, 1 at brutal.

Limiting unit count is hard coded into the game engine. The trait "singleton" doesn't actually stop you from purchasing more than 1, it just makes the icon red.
You could limit it using triggers in individual scenarios. But you would have to add that to every scenario you made.
