An enduring classic with a new twist, the Victory-II Frigate joins the Republic Hardliner and Imperial rosters!
Appearing in Battlefront 2 (2005), the Victory-II frigate is notable for its unique role within Remake and the addition of its bow-mounted precision missile, the ST-4 SIRAA (Shipborne Intermediate-Range Antiair). The ship features the expected array of turbolasers and quad laser turrets, all of which are very capable of engaging targets ranging from fighters to corvettes. This is further augmented by its mid-range, anti-strikecraft missile, which specializes in slowing down fighter swarms for destruction by its cannons. Aside from the Geonosian cruiser, there are no corresponding frigate sized roles within Remake for AA of this caliber and intensity.

You my friend are adding all the right ships to this mod, actually pretty excited for the victory II frigate I rarely ever see it in mods.
Glad to hear we have similar tastes. I'm trying to include a wide swath of ships while still being limited enough that each one has a very distinct role.

Once 5.0 comes out way down the line it'll probably give you more weapon types and variety for further specialized roles.
