Doomguy skin for QC:DE addon

First replace mod for QCDE.

What is it:

Custom portrait and custom outlines

Sound replace (Jump sound and death sounds)

New sounds (More taunt and pain sound)

Load after QC:DE

Work with Zandronum, GZdoom and QZDoom

Update 1:

Added BFG Sprite and new sounds (Taken from Brutal Doom)

Hotfix 1:

Fixed animation for BFG.

Mini Update 1:

Added more taunts (Request by JD531)
