Greetings everyone,

this mod will bring you in the 8th Century, also called the Viking Age. During the last centuries, the christianity conquered the world, from Greece over Italia up to Gaul. But not everbody wants to accept that, the old germanic tribes in the east want to keep their religion, the northern kingdoms don't think about a change and the muslims in the south want to spread their culture. Which culture will remain and who will rule Europe?

This mod brings you:
- 33 new factions (all playable), like:
- the bloodthirsty Vikings from the North, who want to sack and conquer distant countries
- the Christian kingdoms, like Mercia, who struggle for supremacy on the britannic island
- the islamic spain, Al-Andalus, which has a huge technological superiority
... and many more!

- 149 (+ 24 naval units) new units, like:
- the Viking Berserker
- the frankish Knights
- the Equites Cataphractarii
... and many more!

- 5 new cultures: Christianity, Islam, Northern, Buddhism and Tengrism

- new buildings (e.g. Church)

- new regions (e.g. Constantinople or Colchester)

- new weapons (Soldiers can also dual wield weapons)

- new balancing: I wanted to make every culture feel different, like the germanic tribes get their units mostly from agricultural buildings, however islamic kingdoms get their units mostly from religious buidlings



This mod uses UPC and the faction effects of afp.
This mod is incompatible with all mods who edit the .esf file, e.g. any mods who change factions, regions, turns per year etc. Unit-Packs are compatible.
